Hey! 

I’m Dominika, a Polish born 30-something living in London since 2005. I’m a professional retail design manager and a part-time traveller. 

When I’m not working you can find me scouring the city for the best brunch spots, relaxing at rooftop bars, enjoying the London art and design scene or planning my next travel adventure. 

Ticking off the maximum number of top attractions in the minimum time is rarely the most rewarding. I’d much rather seek emotional connections and deep experiences to really immerse myself in the destination. I can assure you even the most popular city or region has a completely undiscovered side to it as most tourists head for the same handful of spots. I love nothing more than wandering the streets aimlessly, cup of coffee in hand, and learning more about the soul of a place.

On this blog I share with you my travel recommendations and favourite spots to inspire you to take time and really immerse yourself into the everyday life of places you visit. I have a particular interest in architecture, interior design, discovering the best locals hangouts, unique experiences and under-appreciated corners.
